At WEOKIE, we’re committed to enhancing your experience with our products, services, and staff. We want to hear from you to make the improvements that just make sense!
Member Surveys
As a member-owner of WEOKIE Federal Credit Union, your opinion is valued. We’re working to make improvements every day that benefit you! You may soon receive a survey from us asking for feedback on how we can provide you and your family better service. We ask you to please take a few minutes to complete the surveys we send you.
You may be asked to complete anywhere from one to four surveys per year, but never more than one per quarter.
You may receive a survey asking you about:
- Your overall member experience
- The experience you had joining the credit union if you’re a new member
- A new account or loan you opened recently
- Your use of online or mobile banking, or one of our ATMs
- A call you made to our Member Contact Center
Please note: Our surveys will often come from a company called Medallia – the email sent to you will look like this:
Medallia is a trusted partner and we assure you that the survey is legitimate, and is being sent on behalf of WEOKIE. These surveys will not ask for sensitive account or personal information, nor should you ever provide this type of information online unless you are in a secure environment, like our online banking. The email you receive will provide you with a link directly to the survey to get started.

How can I verify that the survey is legitimate and not a fraud attempt?
Use any or all of the following methods to verify the legitimacy of your survey:
- The email includes WEOKIE contact information: “Should you have any questions or concerns about the authenticity of this email, please contact us at 405-235-3030.”
- The invitation is from: Jeff Carpenter, President & CEO WEOKIE Federal Credit Union

Who is sending these survey invitations?
All member survey invitations are sent on behalf of WEOKIE by Medallia. Your information is used by Medallia for survey purposes only.

Is my information secure?
WEOKIE is very protective of your private information. Your survey responses are secure, and you are not asked to provide any personal or account information.

What if I do not want to receive any survey invitations?
If you do not wish to receive member surveys, simply click the Opt-Out link in the survey invitation.
